Data Entry Admin

Waggoners is currently seeking a Data Entry Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring prompt data entry turnaround time, reviewing and entering data into the appropriate databases, proactively verifying data through source documents, updating existing data when necessary, sorting, registering, scanning, and storing invoices, checks, and other documents, responding to vendor requests, investigating questionable data, and retrieving data for team members upon request.

To excel as Data Entry Admin, QuickBooks experience would be a plus, along with keen attention to detail, basic accounting skills, and proficient data entry skills. Data Entry Admin is a full-time job with an 8-hour shift schedule from Monday to Friday. The pay range for this position is $14 to $17 per hour. Plumbing Apprentice

Waggoners Services, a family-owned and operated business with over 75 years of experience providing comprehensive heating, air conditioning, commercial refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical services, is seeking licensed Plumbing Apprentices to join our Mechanical/Commercial Division. As a Plumbing Apprentice at Waggoners, you will play a crucial role in our team. Some of the general essential duties and responsibilities include arriving at the job site as scheduled, ensuring the timely and high-quality installation of products, being familiar with digging processes using shovels or heavy machinery when necessary, working under the guidance of the Plumbing Journeyman to install and maintain systems on-site, and troubleshooting and diagnosing problems related to waste, gas, and water systems.

HVAC Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this full-time position, you will perform comprehensive preventative maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and equipment. Your duties will include inspecting, testing, cleaning, and making minor repairs and adjustments to various types of HVAC equipment.

As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will be required to complete provided preventative maintenance forms and prepare reports to document your work. This entry-level position offers on-the-job training as part of our apprenticeship program.

The pay for this position ranges from $12 to $18 per hour. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including 401(k), dental insurance, flexible scheduling, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, and vision insurance.

As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you can expect a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of being on call and working overtime as needed. Please note that this position will require you to work on the road, as you will travel to different locations to perform your maintenance tasks.

Experienced HVAC Service Technician

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Waggoners'. Our company has been in the heating, air conditioning, commercial refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical service industry since 1946 and is committed to providing excellent service.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to visit homes and businesses on a daily basis and interact directly with customers. Your responsibilities will include performing consultations to assess customer needs, discussing various solutions, carrying out preventative maintenance, and making repairs. Additionally, you will be responsible for inspecting systems to ensure they are effective and safe, troubleshooting existing HVAC systems, promoting ongoing maintenance contracts to current customers, maintaining records of appointments and payment transactions, and accurately managing inventory of equipment and resources. You are expected to adhere to office procedures to maintain excellent customer service.

To be considered for this position, you must have a current Oklahoma mechanical journeyman license, a valid driver's license, and be able to pass drug and background tests. You must also have the necessary tools to complete the job.

The pay range for this position is $24 to $30 per hour, depending on experience and expertise. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes 401(k) with company matching, dental insurance, health insurance, vision insurance, and paid time off starting at 90 days of employment. You will also have the opportunity to earn supplemental pay through commissions and bonuses.

This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, with on-call rotation and occasional overtime. We require weekend availability to meet the needs of our customers. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will work primarily in person, traveling to various locations to provide exceptional service to our valued customers.
